Default WHAT IN THE WORLD??

Are these guys on BowFight, ummm, I mean BowSite and ArcheryTalk smoking some illegal grass?

I want to hear you guys opinions on these posts that have been going on at these places....

First thing first, the "BowTech commits a foul" post. Who really cares about a dang manual being late? If you think that a manual is going to help you tune your bow, then you don't need to be tuning a bow. Seriously. These people are saying that they "can't adjust draw length", why? If you look on the cam it says S and L, common sense says "short" and "long", but I guess these guys don't have common sense. As far as timing goes, I don't think that anybody is going to have a problem with timing until next years bow manuals are being made!

Second.... BowTech owing WC money.... this is so old. BowTech does't owe WC anything and these two companies are on good terms.

Third.... BowTech being so in debt that they are going out of business next year? WHAT? If BowTech was so in debt, would they be sponsoring the PBR? Would they be putting ad's in magazines and on television? How could they be "broke" when they have sold so many bows this year. '

Holy cow.. okay, enough venting for now

Guy's Matt posted for me on one sight and I posted the other so they have a copy of my post here.I don't want to mention any site names since my last post got locked ????? Hopefully I'm not in any trouble for it ???? Some people just don't have anything to complain about so since their posts are down they post about the first little thing . They just want to justify why they bought what they bought or didn't buy ,but wish they did buy what they didn't. hahaha Hopefully I didn't lose you's on this one.

O.K. They wanted a BowTech and they bought a Mathew's now they wish they bought a BowTech get it .
I owe this company big time for the way I have been treated and I'll support them when ever I can

Ausie -Guy absolutely

YAWNNNNNNNNNN

nubo,

I just put a post on AT about it. It just gets to me when these guys talk trash on a company that they know nothing about. Reading your posts over the past month, and see what BowTech did for you just makes me more mad. BowTech went to EXTREME lengths to keep you happy, but yet these guys who have no experience with the company, probablly don't even know how to spell BowTech, are talking about bad customer service! It is sad!

Buck Magnet-

How old are you anyway?? You come on here like you've lived forever, then go over to Archerytalk and tell everyone there they are stupid when in fact many of the posters there have been around alot longer than you. I'm a member of Archerytalk, and don't care for it when I get called "stupid", "have no common sense", or " probably don't know how to spell Bowtech", or whatever by some bow-loyal kid simply for being a member. Get over it.

The bottom line here is that yes, there are rumors flying and you should of course be free to post your opinion, but no-one on ANY of the boards (including bowtech.net here) is "stupid" or "do not know what they're talking about". If that were totally true, there would be no issues or complaints whatsoever from anyone on any product---whether it be for a manual, or a broken limb, or a cam leaning, or whatever. EVERY company has to deal with "issues", whether true or garbage-- sometimes people just need to be informed by company reps as Pat did ---and unfortunately there is not a perfect bow on the face of the planet anywhere yet, including Bowtech. Sorry to be the bearer of reality, but that's the way it is. Constructive Criticism makes a company stronger over time also. Bowtech is still young and need to learn as they go like everyone else. I think they are doing a fine job, but you guys are really not helping them any to be honest by calling people names or saying they are ignorant. I did not post anywhere else as I felt it is not necessary to keep the banter going, but came here to address this with you guys who all shoot Bowtechs.

It's good to see so many here enjoying the bows, as you have quite a following here. Unfortunately the entire rest of the world just isn't in the same boat yet, and it only drives them further away from considering these bows when you defend your preferred company with derogatory remarks about individuals. I didn't happen to see Pat do that.... take a class from him, it'll do you good. JMHO, Pinwheel 12

I haven't read the threads referred to here, but I can imagine how they go. Someone says something negative about a bow. Supporters of that bow company say something negative about the person bringing up the isssue (flame). Then, the person bringing up the issue, flames them back, and then all heck breaks loose with practicially everyone talking about each other's shortcomings.

We should be able to say something negative about a company (not against the posting rules) without being flamed (against the posting rules), but we can't. Far too many people take it personally (when they shouldn't). Things like this could be handled very professionally and the issue would just disappear. However, because loyal supporters decide to take on the fight, tons of flaming takes place, instead of simply addressing the issue. In many instances, a statement simply stating that their experience is not the norm, and one telling them how to take care of the issue, would be all that is neccessary.
