Removing white dipping!

Looking for something that will remove the white dipping from my arrows and not destroy my Goldtip arrows. Any sugestions would be appreciated.

I'm not sure what the dipping is made of, but I do know the only thing GoldTip recommends using on their shafts is MEK (methyl alcohol).

Personally, I've used something called "OOPs" with good success to get the green decals off my Goldtip XT's. This stuff took the decal off in short order and did nothing apparent to the shaft. Even if you don't use OOPs to clean your arrow, I highly recommend it for getting rid of anything that doesn't belong.....it's a lifesaver.

Acetone will work, but will definately start to break down the carbon......................
