Default Overdraw?

My rest provides about 1.5" of overdraw. The various arrow selection charts give overdraw choices of 1" or 2". Would I be better off selecting the 1" or 2" overdraw when using the charts.

Thanks in advance.

Are you trying to determine how long of an arrow to use or which spine to pick, or both?

Depends on what you are trying to do. I woudl go with the 1" if determining spine. Better to be a little stiff than a little less stiff for hunting.
