Default best arrow for my setup

what is the best arrow for my setup 29 inch draw 71 pounds iam thinking about 2413 aluminum or ics 340 carbon iam also useing a bowtech mighty mite and a two prong arrow rest

In aluminum, I'd be more inclined to go 2315 instead of 2413. More durable arrow for only 33 grains more in weight (figuring a 28" arrow for your 29" draw).

The ICS 340 should be about right.

Ditto on what Arthur stated on both counts. I am currently using ICS 340s for my Mighty Mite....30 inch arrow, 70 lb draw weight.
