Default arrow vanes or feathers

anybody use feathers for hunting arrow and how do they work

They work great, I shoot much better with feathers. They are a pain in the but to keep protected from brush, etc, but I use white feathers, and I can really get a good idea of what type of blood I have by examing the feathers after the pass thru.

Oh yeah, they look cool too!!
