Default mathews outback??

I am looking at buying the outback or maybe the Bowtech MM Vft. I looked at the outback and it seemed a little heavy. Would this make the bow more stable then a littler bow being it is so short? Would the NAP drop away work with this bow. I know it was made for the roller bows last year but this bow is alot shorter. I hope they come out with a 4000 series for the Mathews.

You bet ......the weight helps steady the bow and reduces felt vibration .
I tried a NAP RG rest on my LX and thought it was too noisy ! It should work fine on an Outback .....I would think !

I'm fairly new to all this but I shot both bows this weekend. I will buying the MM VFT within the next week or so. The Outback was nice and quiet. I have no complaints about it but the MM did it for me.

After alot of thinking about it I think I will probably go with the Bowtech MM as well. I will be shooting both bows first but I think the MM is a little faster and alot lighter. I am not saying anything bad about Mathews but for some reason I just can not get myself to buy one. Maybe its all the people that say that Mathews is the only way to go. Another advantage is that the MM is $100 cheaper then the Outback.

Just got the Outback. Had a Q2. Shot the Legacy, LX, and Outback. After a few arrows through each, it was obvious, the Outback is the way to go.

Just ordered my Outback about an hour ago. They didn't have my draw length in. Said it will be a few weeks!! Man what a shooter!! I thought that my Q2 was great!!

Shot both the Outback and the XTech. No comparison. The Outback is on its way.
