Well I don't have any experience with the impact archery sight but do own a spott hogg sight and I love this thing. It's built like a tank. I have the real deal. It has a level to see if you are a little off center, which some of you fellas truly are .

That real deal is sweet, built like a tank and it when you lock it down it stays where you put it. Not like that vertical pin that moved ALL THE TIME plastic pin braking over priced piece of junk that I had before.

I also dealt with several big-name, hyped-up sights that gave me nothing but headaches. Then, this summer I bought a Spot Hogg Real Deal. Whew, talk about money well spent!! Ruggedly built, easy to adjust and solid when the screws are tightened down.

I had a problem with the mounting block when I first got the sight, they took care of it in a short 2 days! I think I'll stick with these folks for years to come.

I really can't imagine anything being as bright as the cosmc but I don't like the way you adjust the sight for yds ,It's probably O.K. for flat shooters. That's the Cosmic ......But I think I really might try the Real Deal if I can find one here in Canada.
