Default vipertec or razortec

which one is the best the vipertec is quiet but the razor tec is quiet what is the advantage the vipertec have over the razortec all i do is hunt and little league shooting

Tough call. Both bows have their advantages and disadvantages...and yet both are very similar in terms of specs. If Hoyt would come out with a 33 to 34 inch bow similar to the Viper and Xtec then I think it would be a great seller.

My pick would be the Viper because of the riser/limb design...though I might also suggest the Xtec as well.

Pa is correct. If you are going to only hunt with the bow and not really take spots or 3D too seriously, the Vipertec is a great bow. I own one right now and if I had the budget for a 3D bow as well, I'd keep my Vipertec just for hunting.


If you want a good all arounder from Hoyt, the Xtec seems to be mighty popular.
