Default Delivery went without a hitch!

I'm still not sure that this bow isn't a 03 model but they tell me it's an 04 but I brought it home today .If it wasn't so darn cold out I'd be shooting it now .Needless to say that I'm happy and can't wait to get out shooting as soon as the -25 degree weather leaves they say that it's more like -40 with the windchill ,does anyone else wanna get out there unless they have to.I'll let you know what I think once the chill is over.
The birth certificate say's that 61.5lbs
28" draw
300gr arrow
309fps
how's that sound ?not too shabby for just being born.

Nubo,
Advantage Timber or Mossy Oak "Obsession"? MO is a 2004. You should be able to find a small logo or 2 somewhere on the pattern.
Also look for the sealed bearings on the cams, bearings = 2004.
Oh yeah......does it have the "Limb Squid" style Vibrablocks? They have soft arms sticking out in a radial pattern that from above looks like a roadkilled squid.......that's also another indicator of a 2004.

And I think we'll let ya slide on shooting it at 20-40 below zero.[:-]

Matt! it's advantage Timber but is it not possible for it to be a 04 the bearing look to be sealed and the vibra block's are as you describe. But my guess was that it's an 03 as well. just the same I'm happy for now but guess who's getting a new bow next season and they better honour it as an 04 .I'm not too happy if that's the case and I'll be giving them a complaint just to let them know .

Just the same I'm happy but will I trust them again ?????????????

I hate to post/suspect this, but the conspiracy theorist in me is wondering if possibly the shop swapped cams and hush kit components with a left over '03 dually in order to sell them both as '04s... if that's the case the cam code might not tell us much.

I think the nail would be the camo and/or locking limb pockets? Didn't the '04 dually Pats get these?

Any chance BT could've used left over '03 riser stock which would explain the camo mix up?

If you ordered and '04 bow, I sure as heck would demand an '04 bow if this proves to not be one...

Yes guy's I'm pissed the number on the riser is pd3 and I just looked at the manual and it tells the story it's a 2003 .He's gonna hear from me now . Regardless I still like it but I'm not a happy person right now.
