He is talking about setting a bow up to take advantage of its paradox.
Most of the time a bow is dead on at two yardages - say 5 and 25 yds.
He is describing a way to set up the paradox so it falls further down range - say 20 and 30 yds.
This allows for a much less percieved drop and one pin out to much greater yardages.
Looks like alot of work???
Will look into it a bit more

Besides saying a lot because he likes to hear himself talk....,
He's describing some sort of tiller tuning that at full draw, the axles of the bow are vertically level, and then leveling your arrow in the horizontal plane from there.
"Tiller tuning" in itself is a lot of vodoo science, and many would be better off just practicing more on improving form and aiming rather than tinkering all the time. Tiller tuning adjusts how the grip lays in your hands at full draw, but people say to tiller tune so that the bow "aims better".
Plus he's talking about the bow "shooting flatter". Well, you have a set drawlength, poundage, and arrow weight. Trajectory physics can't be fooled. But by possibly altering the launch angle of the arrow, the downrange pin-gap may not be as great as another scenario. But the close range pin gap may widen a bit in that tradeoff.
I'll admit, I am a CHRONIC tinkerer, but I don't necessarily buy into this procedure. Maybe in the off-season I'll give it a whirl to see if there is any merit. Don't see many pro's commenting on it.....
But wasn't he talking about his top secret - paradox - 0 to 40 yd 1 pin magic the other day?
