Default fall away made for bowtech?

I was looking at the fall away rests at scheels the other day, the salesman
showed me a fall away made for a mathews that is made by nap I think, it is
micro adjustable so if you do creep forword a little bit at full draw the rest will
not begin to fall. What I was wandering if there is a micro adjustable rest made
especialy made for bowtech. ( I ordered a bowtech justice) The bowtech
dealer told me to check out the quicktune 4000 micro adj fall away.

Not that I know of but the Nap 4000 should work on the Justice.

I think PDQ5OH has been playing around with the NAP rests.

My NAP Quicktune 3000 works fine. I did have to adjust the prongs over to the next hole, but it works just fine. I believe the 4000 has the same adjustability built in, so I imagine it should work as well.

Most of the companies building rests for specific manufacturers are simply making a mounting system that is exactly contoured for that certain brand bow.

In the case of the NAP rest you saw,..I suspect it is the model designed specifically for Mathews Roller Guard bows, and it does offer a a couple of unique features.

I have actually brought this up w/ the company (having made for the bow acessories), and they are looking into it. Whether this ever comes to fruition or not is a different story.

The QT4000 (or the 3000 for that matter) will offer enough adjustment and is pretty easy to set-up. However you must make sure you do not use the cable slide as a means to get the rest to drop (actually, any Drop-away when used on the VFT bows). There is not enough travel in the slide. The rest's cable should be tied into the "down" cable of the bow.

The Trophy Taker Shakey Hunter works quite well (using it myself), as do many of the Golden Key Premier rests.

The Dalton drop-away rest is the best rest I have found for bowtech bows. That is what most of the guys at the BOWTECH factory Pro shop shoot on their bows. It is connected to the cable slide and works great. Especially for hunting.

Yeah you don't need a BowTech specific rest of any kind because there is no specific built in design on them that dictates a need for one........however one thing to consider is that due to the design of the riser/arrow shelf/sight window for 2004 which gives the archer a much wider field of view of their sight, and a true centerline grip location, the rest mounting plate itself will be sitting farther away from centershot than in years past.........you will need a rest that has a lot of horizontal adjustment to reach centershot. From what I am hearing most higher end rests are working without a hitch.
I personally am using a Trophy Taker "Shakey hunter" on my Liberty and its working terrific.

Has anyone put a N.A.P. QuickTune 2000 Drop Away on a Liberty yet? If so, how did it work out?
