Default ??? for bowtech shooters

in your apinion on poundage,will a 70 pound bow shoot as well at 60lbs as maxed out at 70

Obviously it'll be slower but, I haven't noticed any reduction in accuracy or greatly increased noise when the limb bolts are turned out. If you intend to shoot at 60#, I'd get a 60#er. If you want to start out low and build to 70#, I don't see why you can't. IMO, 60# is plenty for about anything.
