I now own a new 03 Patriot single cam. My arrows weigh in at right at 400 grains a piece. My bow is at 64 lbs. and it has a 27 inch draw weight. Please help me. The string has a brass nock and two sting leeches on it.

The IBO rating for the '03 Pat SC is in the 312-320 fps range. Adjusting for your draw weight, draw length, overall arrow weight and string accessories I would guess somewhere between 254 fps and 262 fps...right in line with what the others posted.
Well I am shooting a 25 grain heavier arrow than you and getting 276 fps. However, I have 2.5 inches more draw length and 8 lbs more draw weight. I have a string loop, fletcher tru peep, kisser, & cat whiskers on the string. I would say 250 fps tops.
