Default Drop away rest and single cam bow

I need to replace my rest and am considereing the GkF TKO fall away rest. I shoot a Buckmaster 2000 which is a single cam bow. I have seen where single cam bows and fall away rests may not be all that good a combination. Can anyone explain?

sometimes a single cam bow may not have level nock travel and so a fall away is hard to tune. Honestly I have only seen one bow that was hard to tune with a fall away! You should be ok, you will find a string loop will also make tuning a fall away easier.

good luck, I hope this info helps you out. I would ask your local dealer if they have had any problems with that bow & a fall away. I can' t imagine they would have since that is a very good bow and has a loyal following.

TKO and my Bowtech Infinity cam no problem. 4" @65 yards ain' t bad for a huntin' bow with hunting sights and stabilizer, release and TKO. It ain' t hard for me to tune a dropaway with my Bowtech single cam. Get your rest, and set it up, and you should be just fine!

The TKO will work great for you.

It will work.
Simple as that, so dont worry.
Remeber the tuning methode with the chalk on the riser to see if you get scratch marks from your vanes?
Keep it in mind if you want to be sure the rest is doing what it must do.
Good luck!
