Default Tuning my bow. Help.

I shoot a Mathews FX. I would like to learn everything about tuning it. I don' t have the best bow shops here, so I need to learn how to do it myself. Is there any good books that will teach me how?? Thanks.

Don' t know how much I can help you but I just started shooting this year and I did most of all my own tuning myself. I just started out shooting at 20 yrds and played around with the arrow rest and the sights. For your sights, if your shooting low, move your pin down. If your high move pin high. Same for left to right. If shooting right, move right and vise versa. When shooting broadheads, try paper tuning. Just pin up plain piece of paper up on your target. This will show you the flight of your broadhead as it hits the target. You want an even cut on all the edges. If one blade is cutting more than the other, your arrow isn' t flying straight. Hope this helps out. Good Luck
