Default Anybody expierience this?

For about the last year my left rist hurts when I put any rearward pressure on it. This has gone on and off, and about a month ago I realized this happens after I shoot my bow. I now am practicing almost every day and my wrist pain is continuous and not going away. Does anybody else expierience this? Any suggestions on how to attempt to fix this? Thanks-Sam

Does anybody know of people who have gotten carpal tunnel from shooting bows? I have only been shooting for 3 years and it just started this year. Carpel tunnel is from a lot of repeating the same thing right? I' m only 16 I couldn' t have done that much.

I think it may be a coincidental thing with doing wrist curls wrong while lifting weights, anyways thanks for the help, Ill see if its a strained muscle cuz it will probably go away soon.
