Default No More No Peep

I finally gave up last night. I took my no peep off my bow and will be looking to put a peep back on. I don' t know if anyone else has had this problem, but with the shape of the Hoyt riser it just does not fit worth a darn. What I finally figured out while trying to tune my bow is that the position of the no peep was right in the way of my sights if I had it where it was useful. I had it mounted above my sights and it was causing poor form and the arrows were fishtailing. I was shooting great groups but had lousy arrow flight. When I started shooting with my broadheads it got worse and could not be adjusted much because of the riser on the Hoyt. I would rather keep the bow and lose the no peep if you know what I mean. If it actually could be mounted in a position where it was in line with the sight pins and not in the way of them, it would be great. I just don' t see how else I can mount it on my bow.

Have you tried mounting it on the lower holes on the bracket, so it is under your sights?

I have my no peep under a trophy ridge matrix 3 pin. Its almost in the way of my 40 yard pin but it works fine with the tec riser.

I had to get out my Dremel & do quite a bit of grinding (to the No-Peep brkt.) to get a good location & fit on my Darton Avalanche. I shoot so much better & more confident with my No-Peep that I' d done about anything to mount that thing. So far, so good.
