Personally, I have never dropped below 100 grains. Considering your much shorter than average draw length and the subject low amount of KE that most bows will probably generate with it I would suggest that you stay away from ultralite arrows and ultralite tips. Though you might get a slightly flatter trajectory what good will it do you if your heads do not penetrate effectively?
Ofcourse, you also have to consider FOC balance and proper spine for your setup. This type of situation is when a good pro shop would come in handy. They can sit down with you and properly set you up with a hunting arrow that meets a variety of your needs.
If set up correctly with arrow and bow - sub 100grn heads are deadly
I have never used a head on game over 85 grns.

I am on my Bike 6 hours a day, Busting my A**...thats what I am on.
I believe Rocket advertises they killed a buffalo with their 57 grain head. Don' t remember what it' s called, but it' s on the tip of my tongue... I think it' s the wolverine, same as the wolverine 3P I currently shoot except it doesn' t have the pathfinder tip.
If you wanna go fixed, the 75 grain Steelforce titanium sabertooth is a great head that should suit your intended purposes... It goes through deer like they are made of butter

With a 25" draw, going light and fast as possible is not a good idea, especially on moose. You might, maybe can get away with it on a deer, but a moose? You' re liable to hit him just hard enough to really tick him off.
