Peep wise love the G5 meta peep. Release is more personal prefferance. I like the tru-ball is alot like firing a rifle alot of people like the crisper light breaking releases though. Rests I am a huge fan on the whisker biscuit. No moving parts captures your arrow and leaves me confident that I don't need to worry about anything in that department. I shoot a copper John sight but they aren't cheap. Very good sight though. Check out tru glow.
