Why does one stretch, but not the other?

Tomorrow, I' m off to the club to press my Patriot. Again. The same cam is ahead by a whisker and I want them both right on. Why is it, that only one string seems to be stretching? The others have to stretch, wheres it show up? Specs are still right on or very close to factory. They are all made of the same material and basicaly the same way. Wheres my string stretch? Wheres my upper cam cable stretch? Do they stretch at different times? Will my lower cable finally stop stretching, only to now allow my upper to catch up? When they both reach their limits, is it the strings turn? Hell, by the time they all take their turns, I' ll be ready for another set.

nub, I won' t begin to hazzard a guess. I have twisted the string once and one cable twice on my P40. I' ve shot quite a bit since with no more stretch. The Patriot has had the string & both cables twisted once, but it hasn' t been shot nearly as much as the P40. The Pat has been good for quite a while, also.
