Default High Country 4runner

My friend has an 01 pro series. Does anyone know what a properly rotated MX4 cam should look like? Any info like brace, A to A, or a close center shot measurement would help. Its a 29" draw, 70 lb' er. Any downloadable manuals or websites out there? I' find nothing at HCA.
