The turnbuckle can be removed by first removing the TWO set screws that control the individual elevation micro adjustments.

Once the turnbuckle is out you can unscrew the micro windage to remove the insert & fiber.

I changed from .029 to .019 & have also removed the top & bottom 2 during indoor seasons...
