First consider graduating elementary school, to help your spelling and grammer.

When I applied for grad school (MBA) and was accepted the only thing they looked at was my GMAT score and undergrad GPA. There was a minimum score of 1000 (GMAT plus 200 times undergrad GPA). I prepared for the GMAT while working about 70 hours a week and took it with the stomach flu.

Executive MBA programs look for work experience, but usually managerial experience, from what I understand.
