Default Arrow recommendation for new PSE Stinger bow

Ok, so I ordered up a PSE Stinger last night to replace my old Hoyt bow that I sold, and I'm looking at arrows for it. It has a 304 FPS IBO. 30" draw length.

I was shooting Beman ICS Bowhunter 340s at a 27" arrow length on my Hoyt.

I'd like something that is a little bit of an upgrade. From what I can tell shooting 100 grain broadheads I'd need something in the 9 grains per inch category for a 27" arrow. Does that sound right?

How would the Gold Tip 5575 XT Hunters work out for that set up? Or should I look at the Pro hunters?

I use gold tip xt hunters 5575s. They shoot great for me. What weight are you shooting? Your draw length is 30 inches, or do you mean the bow is set at 30 inches? As far as pro vs xt hunters, get what you can afford. In my opinion the xt hunters are just fine. Maybe if i could shoot well enough to notice the difference id spend the extra money on the pros. I can still touch arrows at 35 yards all day with the xts, and they are very tough.

Thanks for the advice. I think I'll stick with the XTs for now versus the PROs. Did you keep the 4" vanes or switch to the smaller blazers and the like?

I tend to use longer vanes, or even better yet is feathers..But thats just me. As long as the bow is tuned doesn't matter what fletching you use. I have a drop away so all of my arrows are fletched with as much helical as i can get.
