Default 82nd Limb Pockets

Last night, I was installing some new Bucknasty strings on my 82nd and I decided to lube/clean the limb pockets. I disovered that the limb bolt sleeve was wallowed-out completely through the wall of the sleeve of the aluminum limb pocket.
I re-assembled the bow and it seems fine. But, has anyone else encountered this issue? Is it OK to shoot it?
