Default Correct Spine?

I am setting up a Mathews Passion for my wife. It has a 25 inch draw and set at 40 lb. draw weight. In your guys opinion what is or would be the correct arrow spine for this set-up? I'm thinking about getting some Carbon Express Rebel 4560's with 85 grain broadheads. Thanks
