Default wild one

First off thanks for the link for easton archery, it was great help. Now for my problem. It seems I have a wild arrow out of every 5 being a different arrow every time. Ill be having a good group going and then out of no where I have a arrow way off target. If it was the same arrow, problem solved but its not the same arrow. Im using the gk ez tune 1000 for a rest, loop nock, wc string and cable, mathews mq1 68lbs 29in with carbon exp 300, 100gr point. Any help is appreciated..........Mitch

sounds to me like you are doing the exact same thing every time you release. also what are you considering a good group? make sure to follow through with your shot and to not torque the bow. be consistent with your all points of shooting form.

My guess,

Your flinching, anticipating the shot. This happened a lot to me when I command fired the bow.

Learn to use back tension to fire the shot, or atleast learn to squeze the trigger.

When the bow goes off when you do not expect it, is when the flyers go away

My last two days on the range were BAD [:' (]. Two major things were at fault. One I was anticipating [I call it snatching the trigger] the trigger the second is the follow through. My shooting dicipline is to PUSH and PULL through every shot.

Usually when I have an arrow fly well off target, it is because I failed to hold my bow arm until after the arrow hits the target. Classically " Failure to Follow Through."

I am of the opinion that I am shooting too much and have decided to shoot only two or three times a week instead of daily.
