Default Right helical fletching with a shoot through rest

I was wondering if anyone uses a right helical flething with a shoot through style rest? I had accidentaly bought arrows with a right helical vane on it and was wondering if it would make a difference with my rest. I' m using the Nap 3000 quiktune rest. Any help on this would be appreciated!

Which helical really doesn' t matter. You may need to re-index your nocks to get proper clearance.
