Default which spine, which arrow

before I go and try the shaft selector on the easton website, I would like to ask you guys what you think.
I got a buddy with a brand new destroyer, specs; DL 29" at
55#. he's currently shooting old aluminium arrows and he wants to upgrade to a more suitable type of arrow for his bow.
What would you recommend ? He's a strictly target shooter, once in a while he does some 3D'ing.

thanks for your input.

Yep, if he's moving to carbon arrows I would agree to a 400 spined arrow. Then tune the bow accordingly.
