Inserting Aluminum Arrows within each other

Anyone have any experience in Inserting Aluminum Arrows within each other? I know people who have sucessfully done this, but do not have any info on spine results. I know that you can sucessfully insert a any size 18XX into a 2013, any 17XX into a 1913, and any 16XX into a 1916. I am looking to get as close to .265 spine @28" span. Without doing a lot of buying and spine testing different shafts, I wondered if anyone had any info on it. Or direct me to someone who does.

I don' t know anything about " spining" two alums together or what you mean by .265 @ 28" . I do know a 21XX will fit a 2312 arrow perfectly.
