Okay let me start from the beginning. My bow was shooting a little different between field points and broadheads so I tried to paper tune it today. I can not even get it close and now it is shooting worse than it did before I started. Any suggestions. I mean the point at which was the best on paper was rediculous looking. The arrow was facing way to the right and high almost hitting my sights. Please let me know.

Have you concidered that it's not the bow but the shooter who's making the mistake.
Try not too much grabbing or choking the bow, if you check youtube movies about Korean archers doing trick shots, you'll see their hands on the bow in slowmotion.
You better not papertune before you get rid of torque issues.

I forgot to mention clearance problems, that might cause your kind of problem as well. Either way we need more info about you, your bow, your arrows, your complete set up.
And/or pics of your draw might work as well to get you more info.

I am shooting a Diamond Black Ice 29" draw and set at 70 #. I am shooting goldtip 5575 with 100 grain tips. My form is correct and I have a level on my sights so I hold the bow level and I am not choking the bow when I shoot. I have a wrist sling and pretty much don't grab the bow at all. I do but very little. I was actually trying to find the center point but according to the paper target it showed it to be way to far to the right. I mean the arrow was not coming straight out of the bow. Is it normal for your bow to not have a decent looking center point.

You can put baby powered on riser/rest area see if vanes or fletching is hitting...of course….not so much if you’re using a whisker biscuit....but sr77 hit it.....up/down--nock...left right--arrow rest.... also, keep in mind--"sometimes" bows shoot odd on paper but will group arrows tighter than a squirrel bung hole

Everything you describe points to a weak arrow and according to my program, that is also what I get.
The Gold tip 55/75 poundage system for spine is not a very accurate way to find the correct shaft.I went to their spine chart and even it says you need to be using a 75/95
If you seemed to be shooting fine, then when trying broadheads, the bow was not shooting well, I'd also suspect that the arrows are underspined. A weak spined arrow is very difficult to shoot with broadheads. You often get a change in impact point, as well as an opening up of the groups. One way to tell if this is the culprit is to set everything back to centershot (string down the center of the grip when your eye lines up with an arrow shaft) and either level or maybe 1/8" high nocking point. Test shoot, taking your time, and try backing off on the limb bolts and see if the broadhead arrows don't come closer to field points. They may group better too, depending on the broadhead alignment. Underspined arrows will also be hard to papertune very well. If you don't want to change arrows, reduce the draw weight and see if that doesn't help. If you would rather shoot a full 70#, you will probably make life easier with new, stiffer arrows.
Things may have also gone from bad to worse as you discovered the problem and began to get frustrated. Then it is hard to keep your head and used good form. Hope you can get the problem cleared up fast.

as stated above sounds like your underspined. Being a single cam bow you MAY be able to stiffen up enough with some 75-85 grain heads. But the better choice would be a stiffer arrow.

Another vote for WAY UNDERSPINED..... Drop your bow weight to around 62#, and you may be able to correct much of your issue. In all honesty, I wouldn't waste my time with Paper-tuning if I were you. It's not telling you anything except that something is wrong and your attempts to fix what is wrong aren't helping.
BH TUNE your bow, but in order to do that, you need to have the right spine for your set-up, which either means getting NEW ARROWS, or dropping your draw-wt. This thread http://www.archerytalk.com/vb/showthread.php?t=539460 has been viewed over 50,000 times for VERY good reason, it's an EXCELLENT INSTRUCTIONAL GUIDE to how to BH Tune a bow.
