I have a new Loesch grip coming in a few weeks from now for my LX . What' s the best way to get my current grip off ? And I have used double sided carpet tape to put another grip back on before, but do you guys recommend something better ?

be very careful.i have a conquest 2 and got the big heavy grip from Mathews this past winter.i took it to are bow shop and had them do it.they broke the old one when trying to get it off.Mathews uses to much glue.the bow shop put a bead of rtv of some kind and put a rubber band around it to hold it tight.man they did a great job with it.the bigger grip really helped me with my torquing good luck with pulling the old one off.

My Q2 grip came loose. I RTVed back on. That was over a year ago and it' s still on solid. As far as getting a grip off...I don' t think you have a choice but to beat it off carefully with a hammer and block of wood. You may crack it, but then again do you care, you' re putting on a new one. Good luck.

I took a hair dryer set it on high and heated up the riser around my grip and slowly and carefully used a small blade screwdriver to work my grip loose enough for it to come off
