Default Forward weighting percentage for arrows?

Sometime in the last month or so some posted a link to an article on the proper foward weighting percentage for arrows in the context of a reply to a post.
I' ve been unable to find the post or link.
The reason I ask is Im trying the Lumi Nocks and want to get the correct weight broadhead to use with them. I have a varity of broadhead in my archery box but want to do the balancing and math first before I start quessing and flinging arrows down range.
If I recall it was something like 10 to 15%. But I want to reread the article.
