Don't know the answer. But I have a bass pro down from my work, and can ask them tomorrow.

Need to Know which Redhead shafts you are shooting to determine which insert.

Ok, I called down to bass pro in Hanover, MD and they said that arrow is same arrow as carbon express aramid, and you have two choices. You can get a carbon express "point Insert #1" or redhead T3640. I know carbon express has like 4 different inserts.

Don't know about the Max2 shafts but 5/16 is the most common size points for most carbon arrows. You need to measure your inserts that are in your arrows now to get a size. Just make sure the new points don't extend beyond the shaft or they'll be hard to remove from targets. Bigcountry is right about the inserts if they are the same as the aramid it will use the Type1 C E inserts. I believe the redhead # is 38-833-786-00.
