Hey guys, I just finished up my turkey season with a bow kill and now want to get started on overhauling some things on my bow, mainly because they need replaced or because I want to upgrade. I have a Jennings Buckmaster bow that shoots great and hasnt let me down......yet. I still have the factory string and cables on the bow back from when I bought it brand new years ago. Im sure I've lost some speed due to the old string and I know Im just waiting on the other end of the string busting on me when I draw my bow back. Now this isnt an inquiry about what company to get my string and cables from, I will figured that out on my based on what others have said on here and what I can afford. My inquiry is about the custom colors. I went to Vapor Trail's website and looked at their interactive color selector and I've even looked at Winners Choice website and seen their color selection. Just lost on how it would look on my bow. The camo pattern on my bow is Realtree Advantage Brown. Can you guys post up pics of your custom strings on your bows? I know someone posted about getting pink and purple (i think) and some ribbed him about it before the pics and when the pics came up, he drew more positives from it. Not saying I want those colors but using that as an example. So actually seeing it on a bow instead of my mind would help my decision. Thanks.
Black and Mountain Berry would prob look nice on it. My Bear Instinct has the green cam and idler wheel so I think green&yellow looks nice on it. I then matched that with some Blazer yellow&white vanes.
