Default Dumb fletch question #471 . . .

I have the Ripcord drop away rest. Love it.
My question is this: does it matter when knocking your arrow, if you have one vane (cock)down, or two vanes down (hens) and the cock vane up?
It doesn't really seem to matter . . . I've tried it both ways. But you never know 'till you ask, right?

Default RE: Dumb fletch question #471 . . .

In perfect world, with a perfect bow, with a perfect tune, shouldn't matter a bit. but bows usually have limitations, cables get in the way, and sometimes even the drop away won't get out of the way. So we have another tool to rotate the arrow to desired orientation.

I like shooting my arrows out of the ripcord with cock vane up.
