Default Ace spine master

Have you guys seen these? They only show them using cedar shafts. Can you use the same tool for carbon and aluminum?

You have to do a conversion. Cedars and trad arrows are spined differently than AMO. Well I should say specified differently. You would want a RAM spine tester.

Yeah, the measuring points are spaced differently (narrower) for traditional wood arrows and thus you will get very different readings.

I think Jeff C. (JOE PA) made himself a spine tester, perhaps he could chime in/show us pics/put up a schematic ?

The guy who designed the ACE tester hangs out on tradgang. I can't remember his name. He sent me a file showing conversions.

Another conversion chart is on arrowsbykelly website.
