Default Just a question

I'm not sure if this is the best place to put this but...Do you think it would negatively affect my hunting bow to use it bowfishing. I mean anything past just nicks and dings...if i weren't careful.

If you don't mind tearing down your hunting rig and setting it up for bowfishing, then tearing down the bowfishing rig and setting it up for hunting again...

Better to get another bow to use for bowfishing, really. You don't really want your good hunting bow getting all muddy and mucked up with stinkin' fish slime. That'd put your scent control to a real test, for sure.

i did it for a while, and so did my buddy. neither of us minded. i still use the same release and it doesnt seem to matter. ive shot and handled close to 250-200 carp this summer and shot 2 does and a trophy buck this year. it is nice to have a separate rig though. all my buddies and i have jus went to bow shops and found old bows for $75 and under and it works great. good luck

Here's a great answer.....pm Bloodcrick and see if he still has that Parker for sell. That thing would make a great fishing bow. I think he only wants 175 TYD.
