Default FOR BOWTECH STAFF ON HERE HELP NEEDED

i have been trying to sort a rest on my new bow and still have not found a drop away rest that works well with my diamond marquis 08
i have tried the g5 expert 3 but i found it put to much tension on the buss cable i have now tried the spot hogg whammybut for it to work with out slamming down on the shelf it has to be brought up so high there are clearance problems with the buss cables and suppressor
i was about to buy the qad ultra rest but have now been told it has a similar set up issue as the whammy so what drop away works with the marquis allowing the arrow to be as close to the berger hole alignment as possible?????

there for giving the best setup possible

I am not sure they are out yet.

I can check at the local BT dealer and see if he has any.

Hey bud, I think the new Octane equiptment is set to be released here in a month or so. Last I head it was going to be released around the end of February.

The Limb Driver works well on my Marquis.

I doubt you will find a trip wire any where yet.

I'm sure the tripwire will be a great rest, but I still love the simplicity of the limbdriver. You will have ZERO cable/timing issues, nor will you have any issues with interference.

Mark..

I called the local dealer yesterday and asked about it, He said uhhhh Octane has a new rest? First he had heard of it.

So I guess it's not out yet

It will be interesting to see if this new Octane rest will get the arrow down on the berger hole. Either way, I really quit worrying about it and just setup as low as a particular rest will allow and tune it.
