Default like my Hoyt - not the factory string

Used to hang out here a lot, but not as much lately. Now, I'm needing a little help.
I don't really shoot my Hoyt V-tec as much as I should, but I'm having serving issues again with the bus cable. I've replaced the darn thing once and the serving is seperating again. The first time, I think the shop owner eithernicked thecable taking off the old serving, or just wanted to sell me new. Now, at another shop, they saidHoyt serving is known to seperate, but mine isn't bad, so just go ahead and shoot. The opinion of another shop owner is look out!
In the days I hung around here a lot, the answer was always ditch the factory strings and buy a good set.OK!!
But, now my question - What to buy?
Is this a Hoyt string problem, or a problem with Hoyt, no matter whose stringsyou use?

I had the same problems with my factory strings on my PSE XForce. Ordered a custom set from America's Best Bowstrings. No more problems thus far.

upgrade the strings, bucknasty's are a great product. I haven't kept factory strings on any of my bow in a few years. Best of luck

Hoyt makes bows not strings, period. I strongly recommend Vapor Trail VTX stings. Top notch product with one of the best turnaround time in the business. Here is the link.
