The quietest is a two piece attached directly to the bow. I just bought a Bohning and so far I like it pretty good. I forget the name of it but it' s the one with the aluminun bar instead of the plastic. I took off the top arrow holder and took out the rubber insert and installed foam for fixed blade heads. I like the Bohning cause you can move it up or down the bow so the ends of your arrows don' t stick down too far.

I' ve been shooting a Parker for several years now and i have a Kwikee quiver on mine and have never had a problem with noise at all as long as everything is good and tight. I don' t shoot that much with the quiver attached however because i mainly use it to take my arrows to and from the stand and then remove it once i get settled in. I practive with it sometimes just in case i get a shot to or from my stand but i haven' t noticed any noise at all coming from the quiver.

I use the Kwikee on my Parker UL31 and I dont get any noise from mine either. Although I use the the piece of Rubber it comes with that is placed between the bow riser and the quiver attachment, I also put a mini limbsaver on my quiver just incase.

You might want to look into the 2 piece parker quiver I used it on my parker force multiplier last year and it worked well,no vibration and quiet.

I have also heard alot of ggod things about the Alpine 3 or 5 arrow Soft Loc quiver. As Lady Forge mentioned I would try a piece of rubber between the riser and the Quiver. I also put a piece between my sight and riser.

Good Luck
