Im stumped, I shoot a Legacy with the same rest and it is whisper quite. If you shoot with a quiver attached, check that out.

If it' s a buzzy noise you might want to place a small piece of fleece or camo tape between the metal clip and the quiver holding slot on the kwicky quiver' s reciever that mounts to the bow. When you shoot with the quiver off, the mounts metal retainment clip can vibrate a little.
It' s hard to describe, if you look- it' s there.
