setup up trophy taker on a razortec

here is my problem i had taken my trophy taker rest off my bow to try out anouther rest. know i want to put the trophy taker back on. but i lost all the setting i had had it on before. how high do i want my nock? and how high about the shelf do i want the rest to be?
