C-Peep... does anyone use it? opinion?

I seem to have trouble seeing through a conventional peep sight so I' ve started using a C-Peep. Has anyone else reied this style peep site and if so were there any problems I should look out for? Also, how much of a decrease in arrow speed will I get with this type of peep?

I used one for a year and I have to say, it works very well. The only thing I hated, was the rubber tubing. If they could do away with it, I may end up using one again. If you are having problem seeing through a conventional peep, you might want to look at the No-peep too. It works extremely well also.

I used it with some success on an older bow, but when I purchased a shorter bow, I had an incredible hard time seeing thru it due to the extreme string angle. I had to switch sights....
