Default Torn fleching

I have a small tear in one of my flechings abour 1/4 inch long. Is there an easy way to repair this or should I just have the arrow refleched?

Can if you have the jig that it was flectched on or you could just eye ball it, but its always worked out better for me to just refletch the arrow...
