draw stops on 03 pat?

I finally got my pat3 module for my patriot. And according to the 03 manual, 65% L/O the draw stops set on 8.5, There is absolutly no valley still in the draw curve! And 7.5 set on 80% L/O fills more like 55 -60% right on the front of the valley. My cam was out alittle so i put two full twists in the cable, and looks like it could use another. Anybody here shooting a 03 sc pat@ 28 inch D/L, and were' s the peg set at? This module does not fill a whole lot different than the pat 2 mod. Thanx for any input......fishon

According to the paper work that came with my dual cam, if the cams are not in time, even off just a little, it will cause the let off to be off and the break point to roll forever to the stop. Meaning it won' t feel like any letoff, it is so gradual. Also it says, more draw length, makes the let off greater.

I' m still learning too, so please, someone else add something. I need to be educated!

Thanks for the reply Hyawatha. My state says only can use 65% letoff, If i set it were the manual says there will be no L/O at all. Nobody can answer this? I guess i can just leave it alone and call it good. thanx anyways......fishon

fishon01, With the single cam Patriot, module #PAT3 set at the 8.5 mark is for 65% at 27" draw.

The Pat#3 module set at the 7.5 mark will make the bow 28" draw at 80% let off.

If you' re looking for 28" and 65% let off, try putting a PAT#2 module in and set it on the 7.2 mark.

When settings the draw stop, start counting from the bottom (L) of the cam and count the marks up.

Thanx BTS. Now that i have it set up and the right mod, i' m a happy camper! I did' nt mean to ever be a complainer. But i could' nt wait to shoot it. You know how that goes. By the way, did i tell ya this thing kicks butt! Quiet and smokes thanx again...fishon
