Default I've got Problems with my Guardian.

So I put on a new Gibblet string the other day and Bow my bow is making noises. I dont know if the strings and cables are too tight or what, but when i draw back the cable hits the string stop that is attached to both cams and when i apply more pressure when at full draw it makes a popping sound. What is happening is that the cable is sliding down the string stop and actually falling off of it onto the srew that holds it in the cam. This makes a sound like someone plucking a guitar. Between that and the new noise when i shoot my bow I have some issues.

Another issue I had today was I shot and my string some how ended up on the right side of my cable guard. I guess it bounced off my Meanv and ended up over there. This is not a good time for this to happen when opening day is Monday. Any help would be great! I work tomorrow and and the bow shop isnt open on sundays.
