Default Lowering draw weight on the general

Hows it going everyone, right now my bowtech general is maxed out at 70# draw weight i would like to drop it to 60-65# does anyone know how many turns on the limb bolts it will take to get the weight down to 60? thanks, appreciate the help!

I think 1 full turn = about 1.5-2 lbs. But I would have it checked on a scale also. I backed mine out from 73 to 70 in 2 turns.

Well like droptine said about 2# a turn but you cant take it down more then like 5-6 turns because it will release the string tension....I had mine cranked in all the way and it was 74# then i did two turns out and its like a 69-70# kind of floating but like i said STRING TENSION......pay mind to that

I maxed mine out and then turned it back 1/2turn and its pulling 70...I am afraid to have it all the way down or is it ok?
