Default Bowtech General Question Plz Help

I noticed when I picked up my new General that the IBO sticker showed 301fps...I'm wondering if I must have the smooth mods because I have heard that the speed mods are listed at 315fps...I finally sighted in my General at 20yds and it seems that I can use 1 pin out to 30yds which I think is awesome.
My setup is:
Bowtech General (AWESOME BOW) 29"draw 70lbs
Easton Axis N-Fused 27 1/2" w/100gr 2-Blade RAGE
Flashpoint 4-pin Sight
Rip-cord Rest
Octane 1-Piece Quiver
Octane 7" Stabilizer

That isn't the IBO rating on that tag. That is the "birth certificate".... meaning it was shot through the chronograph with a 350 grain arrowat 29" DL and with the seilencers on the cables and the two rubber cushons the string.

IBO is shot at 30" DL with absolutely nothing but a single brass nock on the string.

look at the mods on the cams. they will either be marked with an f or an s. fast or smooth. that is how you can tell. you will probably shoot around 265 to 275 fps with your setup (mine is very close to yours) plenty fast for a hard hitting hunting setup.
