Default Replacing New Bow Strings

I just orded my new Hoyt RazorTec.

I was thinking about putting a Winners Choice or another high quality string. I have two questions.

How good are the Brownell strings that come on Hoyt bows?
Can you replace the String only? (I am assuming not)

The reason I ask if you can replace the string only is that I love the fact that the peep on my winners choice has not moved, and the string has not streched. But if the cables stretch then it is not helping.

Another question on a different note of speed trade off. Which is faster?

String loop @ 28" draw or 2 knocks and a rubbber cusion at 28-1/2" draw?

Thank You

Default RE: Replacing New Bow Strings

I have a new razortec, and replace the string only with a winnerschoice.
So far i have had no problems with the yoke or powercable stretching.
Iam going to leave it as is,until, or if i have a problem.
Iam getting perfect bullet holes with the way it is now.

Did you notice any differance in performance? What did it run you for the String alone?
